When you're buying on the internet, it's reassuring to know to know from other customers that they've been pleased so we subscribe to a customer feedback system called Feefo. All our customers are automatically asked to rate our service and our plants and the results are displayed on every page of our website.
You can click on the Feefo logo to display the actual words customers used and see our responses. You can filter the results to look at recent feedback or longer term feedback.
We cannot edit out any feedback we don't like - we can't choose which customers are asked - it's all outside of our control so you can be absolutely confident in the results.
We're very proud of our high Feefo scores - it's the result of a team of great people working very hard to ensure that every plant that leaves us is top quality.
