What is your returns policy?

Our experienced nursery team inspect all deliveries carefully before they are despatched to ensure all plants are of the highest quality. However, we do accept that sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to be as fair as possible and are therefore happy to offer replacements or free returns on any plants that may have been seriously damaged during transit. Rowan Jelly Recipe

We have minimum order quantities for certain plants where, due to their size, it would not be cost-effective to send them out individually. We clearly state which plants have a minimum order quantity in the price table on each product page. How are my plants delivered?

Your order will be delivered either in boxes or on pallets depending on the size and quantity of the plants. Our specially designed boxes are made of strong materials and are clearly signed to ensure the safe transportation of your order. Wooden pallets can be easily recycled and even used around the garden, for example to create compost heaps!
