What is your returns policy?

Our experienced nursery team inspect all deliveries carefully before they are despatched to ensure all plants are of the highest quality. However, we do accept that sometimes things can go wrong. We aim to be as fair as possible and are therefore happy to offer replacements or free returns on any plants that may have been seriously damaged during transit. Alternatively, if you have simply had a change of heart, we ask that you pay the return costs.
