Westland’s Bonemeal is a naturally sourced feed that slowly releases nutrients into the soil. The Bonemeal contains Calcium to keep your plants both healthy and strong, Nitrogen to support green growth, and Phosphorus to encourage strong root growth.

Bonemeal is an organic, slow-releasing fertiliser that helps to establish roots whilst keeping them strong and healthy. It also contains the minerals phosphorous and calcium which promote growth and survival.
You should apply Bonemeal to the surface of the soil, surrounding your plant, once it is in position. It can also be applied in the spring to promote the production of flowers and berries.

Bone Meal Root Builder

Westland’s Bonemeal is really easy to use and is ideal for maintain hedges, shrubs and trees. It promotes strong and healthy rooting and has the perfect ingredients for greener, healthier and fuller foliage.

Directions for use:

Apply Bonemeal every 4-6 weeks throughout the growing season – February to October.

For best results, work the granules into the soil. During dry weather, water your soil before and after application.

Established plants:

Apply a generous amount around the base of your plant
Gently fork into the soil surface without disturbing the roots.
Alternatively, you can sprinkle the Bonemeal over the soil surface and around the stem of the plant
Water well

New planting:

Apply a generous amount around the bottom of the planting hole
Place your plant into the hole
Mix well with soil or compost when refilling the hole
Water well
