Care advice for Lavender Hidcote hedging

Hidcote Lavender is low maintenance and requires little attention. However, the key thing to remember is not to over water your Lavender Hidcote Hedge, as they are best suited to dry soil. At Best4hedging, we recommended pruning Lavandula angustifolia 'Hidcote' in late August, once the flowers have started to fade. It is also advised to prune approximately one third of the Lavender Hidcote plants, not just the buds, as this will encourage maximum flowering and new foliage will develop before the winter frosts, giving an attractive fluffy appearance to your Lavender Hidcote hedge. Please view our Hedging Care Advice page for more information.

Best4hedging service & plants were excellent; the same could not be said for Parcelforce and the way they handled one of the boxes! The plants arrived as one big heap in the bottom of the box which had clearly been thrown around! Thankfully the plants survived.
