The ones we have received will be planted today as the person had already been arranged to plant them. They appear to be in reasonable condition. It is a shame some of the branches are broken.

On 17-May-2017 the supplier responded:
Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and I am very sorry to hear of the problems you had with regard to the delivery of your plants. I can see that we resolved this swiftly and that alongside your replacements we sent out some additional plants, too, so I'm pleased that you were happy with them despite a little damage during transit.

Packing plants on a pallet is somewhat of a hard task as too few plants can result in their moving around too much in transit, too many a it can be too heavy to manoeuvre easily or can invite damage. That said, I agree, 25 plants (even 23) is a little too much but I would like to assure you that it was not a case of our Dispatch Team hoping you would not notice, simply a case of human error in counting the plants onto the pallet. All of our packing is done manually and if interrupted for some reason it is easy to lose count.

To remedy this I have asked all staff at our nursery to be aware that they should not stop packing, mid-count, for any reason; this should help in future deliveries. If there is anything else at all with which we can help please do not hesitate to contact us again.
