Rest assured, we use rigorous quality checking processes and only send top quality plants to be proud of, however, we accept that sometimes things can go wrong.
Here at Best4Hedging we understand and uphold the value of Good Old Fashioned Customer Service. To us, it’s simple;
Refund or Replace
· You can return your plants (within one week of delivery), we’ll help you with this, for a refund or replacement. We try to be as fair as possible, for example, if your plants arrived damaged and will not recover, then returns are free of charge. If you’d like to return your plants in instances such as, a change of heart, then we may ask you to pay or supplement return costs. It is expected and accepted that bare roots will achieve a 90%+ success rate.
· Should any of your plants fail within the first growing season then usually we will support you with any replacements or refund any failures, but we do need to understand what went wrong (with a photograph). If the reason is not related to the quality of the plant (i.e. unsuitable planting conditions) then we may not be able to refund or replace - we’re proud to say that we regularly find solutions in these situations.
