Westland Tree & Shrub Planting Mix (60L) description

This slow-release mix is formulated with key ingredient, Zinc complex, to encourage healthy plants from within and encourage sustainable growth. Another wonderful factor that Zinc complex creates is the production of the plant hormone auxin. This hormone encourages a consistent flow of water and nutrients around the plant which in turn promotes more and healthier root and shoot growth.

Directions for Use:

You can use Westland’s Tree and Shrub Planting and Potting Mix at any time of year whether you are planting into the ground or into containers.

Potting:

Start by watering your plant thoroughly
Gently tap the plant to remove it from its pot<l/i>
Shake off any loose compost and soil
Half fill your pot with your new compost mix
Place your plant into the pot
Fill the gaps with more compost mix
Firm in and add plenty of water

Beds & Borders:

Dig a hole twice the depth of your roots<l/i>
Place your plant into the hole
Fill with compost around the roots
Firm in and add water
