Euonymus japonicus 'Jean Hugues' is a low growing dense shrub and its compact habit makes it ideal for borders, hedging and parterres. Euonymus japonicus 'Jean Hugues' is particularly hardy and the evergreen foliage retains its deep green colour throughout winter. This Euonymus variety is a great alternative to Buxus Sempervirens as it does not run the risk of contracting box blight.
