This particular Cranesbill geranium is popular for its long-flowering period from late spring to autumn. Deep-pink flowers sit in clusters above mid to dark-green foliage providing a pretty contrast. It's both evergreen and hardy, ideal for the UK climate.

Geranium x oxonianum 'Wargrave Pink' is a popular evergreen Geranium variety, that is fully hardy. Although considered evergreen it may lose leaves in very cold winters. However, it is the long flowering time which makes this a much loved variety, usually in flower from May through to October. The 5-petalled saucer shaped flowers emerge deep pink, fading to light pink as they age. The flowers form in small clusters and stand out prettily against the mid-green, veined foliage.
Geranium 'Wargrave Pink' is a fast-growing perennial so it's a good option for filling space in borders. It's also attractive to a host of wildlife including, bees, butterflies and other pollinating insects.
Plant in a well-drained, moist soil in sunny or shady conditions. Feed monthly during the growing season with a balanced fertiliser, watering well if the weather is hot and dry. If plants are looking a little tired through summer, just remove any dead flower heads or old flowering stems which will encourage healthy growth and further flowering.
