I thought that these plants were going to be pot grown,as it was, a large amount of the soil had spilled out from the pots and much of the root was exposed.

Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback and I'm sorry that some of the soil had spilled from the pots whilst the plants were on their way to you. I can assure you that the plants are indeed pot-grown and, as Aucuba are a hardy species, there should be no problems with their establishing. That said, if any of your plants give you cause for concern over the coming growing season please do not hesitate to contact us at and we'll help however we can be it with advice or with replacement plants where necessary.

this survey is a bit overbearing. service was good but I'll only know if the plants are of a decent quality if they're alive next year.I'd prefer just tickboxes.
