On 18-Oct-2016 the supplier responded:
Thank you very much for your feedback. Only through constructive feedback can we make decisions about how best to improve the products and services which we offer.

I’m sorry that you were not entirely happy about the condition of your Cotoneaster plants on arrival. Our despatch team will always select healthy stock when preparing an order. However, they may have failed to notice that the plants, though healthy specimens, were quite pot bound. I am very sorry if this is the case.

In order to investigate further, and to ensure that this does not happen again, could you please send some photos of the plants and the roots to the email address below. We will come back to you as quickly as possible.

Good prompt communicative service but let down by delivery company. Although the cardboard box said "Live Plants This Way Up" I doubt whether the box arrived in the way it was packed. Significant damage to several plants.

On 03-May-2016 the supplier responded:
Service rating :Thanks for taking the time to provide your feedback. I'm pleased that all arrived promptly however sorry to hear that the plants were damaged on arrival. It is always disappointing on the rare occasion this happens and it is certainly not something we would expect. I would ask if you would kindly send through an image or two of the plants? I'll then be able to discuss with both my Nursery Manager and our Delivery Company Representative do try and ensure things like this occur less frequently and also come to some arrangement with yourself with regard to the plants you have received.

Our contact details are below and I look forward to hearing from you and getting this sorted out.
